There is a network of people and groups that practise the Bio Energy Meditation of Ratu Bagus worldwide. There is always a warm welcome for anyone who would like to attend any of the group sessions, or would like to get in contact for more information. In most countries there is a contact person who can help you with your questions. You find an overview of all the local groups here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It’s always advisable to contact the person listed before attending a group, particularly for the first time, as times and dates are sometimes subject to change without prior notice.<\/p>\n

For experienced shakers, it is also possible to join the Zoom shakes (Australian and European time zone).<\/p>\n
