Es gibt ein weltweites Netzwerk von Personen und Gruppen, die die Bioenergiemeditation von Ratu Bagus praktizieren. Jeder ist herzlich eingeladen an den Gruppenshakes teilzunehmen oder sich erst einmal zu informieren. In den meisten Ländern gibt es eine Kontaktperson, die bei auftretenden Fragen behilflich ist.
Für erfahrene Shaker ist es auch möglich an Zoom Shakes teilzunehmen.
